Refund policy

You have tried the product and are still not enthusiastic about it? Too bad, but that can happen. You have 30 days after receipt of the goods to return unopened or opened (but not empty) products to us and we will refund the purchase amount, we promise.

Deadlines:
The right of return can be exercised within 30 days of receipt. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to inform us of your intention to return the goods before the deadline expires using the e-mail address below.

Procedure:

1. Please send us an e-mail to hello@kiyo-natural.com with the following information:
   - Order number (#....)
   - First and last name
   - Reason for return
   
   
2. After you have notified us of your return by e-mail, you have 14 days to return your products. Address for the return: Zero waste GmbH, Kleinmatt 12, CH-6402 Merlischachen.

Please note:

• Products that have already been refunded in a previous order are excluded from the return option.
• The shipping costs for the return shipment are at your expense.
• The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the return.
• Request a receipt from the shipping service provider so that you can provide us with proof of your return if requested.
