How
1. put the oil in your mouth - Approximately one tablespoon (5ml) of the mouth oil.
2. swish in the mouth - swish the oil back and forth in the mouth for 5 - 10 minutes.
3. rinse*, wash out the mouth & smile.
4. repeat - At least once a day, preferably in the morning before brushing your teeth.

*Ideally, dispose of oil in a paper towel so that your drain does not clog.

Das Ölziehen kannte ich nur in der Theorie. Nun habe ich die Mundziehöle von Kiyo ausprobiert und kann sagen, dass ich dieses Ritual nicht mehr missen will. Beide Geschmäcker sind sehr angenehm, und an das leicht ölige Gefühl im Mund habe ich mich bereits nach kurzer Zeit gewöhnt. Ich habe das Gefühl, ich trainiere meinen Mund- und Rachenbereich und es nimmt mich wunder, wie viel Zahnstein meine DH beim nächsten Besuch noch entfernen muss. Wirklich empfehlenswert!

Gewöhnungsbedürftig aber nicht unangenehm

Das Anwenden ist einfach und fühlt sich gut an. Bis jetzt bin ich zufrieden. Schauen wir ob es langfristig hilft.
