How
1. put the oil in your mouth - Approximately one tablespoon (5ml) of the mouth oil.
2. swish in the mouth - swish the oil back and forth in the mouth for 5 - 10 minutes.
3. rinse*, wash out the mouth & smile.
4. repeat - At least once a day, preferably in the morning before brushing your teeth.

*Ideally, dispose of oil in a paper towel so that your drain does not clog.

Geschmack ist gewöhnungsbedürftig

Das Mundziehöl ist gut. Aber jedenfalls für mich, ist der Geschmack gewöhnungsbedürftig. Denke aber das es wirkt, konnte dadurch bereits eine Enzündung „lösen“. Werde ich trotzdem dann wieder bestellen.
