Power Fuel - A flavor blend of grapefruit, ginger, sea buckthorn and cardamom.

Mind Fuel - A flavor blend of mint, bergamot, rosemary and ravintsara.

How
1. put the oil in your mouth - Approximately one tablespoon (5ml) of the mouth oil.
2. swish in the mouth - swish the oil back and forth in the mouth for 5 - 10 minutes.
3. rinse*, wash out the mouth & smile.
4. repeat - At least once a day, preferably in the morning before brushing your teeth.

*Ideally, dispose of oil in a paper towel so that your drain does not clog.

When
The best results are achieved with daily oil pulling, after getting up and before brushing your teeth.
