1. hold the tongue scraper at both ends and place the rounded curve at the back of the tongue.

2. pull the tongue scraper forward with light pressure against the tongue.

3. repeat the process up to 5 times.

4. rinse the mouth with water afterwards.

Für mich sind die herkömmlichen Zungenreiniger etwas besser,da sie kratziger sind und den Belag besser wegschaben.
Aus hygienischer Sicht brilliert aber dieser Zungenreiniger gegenüber anderen Marken.
Ich werde ihn trotzdem weiter benützen.
