1. hold the tongue scraper at both ends and place the rounded curve at the back of the tongue.

2. pull the tongue scraper forward with light pressure against the tongue.

3. repeat the process up to 5 times.

4. rinse the mouth with water afterwards.

Nie mehr etwas anderes!

Habe nicht nur den Zungenreiniger, sondern auch meinen Nachschub Reinigungstabletten gekauft.
Etwas anderes werde ich nie mehr verwenden. Ist ja nicht wichtig, aber schon optisch macht das so viel mehr her. Weg mit diesen übelfarbig-glänzenden Plastikhaufen in meinem Zahnputzglas, die zudem zum Kippeln neigen und dem Plastikmüll hinterher!!
